A deposit is required to book a service. Deposits will be applied to your service, but are non refundable for no shows/late cancellations. If you are not able to make your appointment please cancel/ reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise 75% of the remaining balance will be charged. Because I operate on a schedule, a 5-10minute (depending on the length of the service) grace period will be honored, after that grace period you may be asked to reschedule and will be charged 75% of your service.
